Seedlings can be shipped to the lower 48 states only. Orders placed for delivery outside of this area will be cancelled and refunded. We ship using UPS and/or FedEx, depending on order size, transit times and cost. You may see more than one shipping option available at checkout. Transit time will be 3 days or less.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on the number of seedlings and weight of items ordered. Due to the perishable nature of seedlings we must ensure they arrive in a timely manner so only services of 2 days or faster are offered.
Orders are shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays only. Orders must be placed before 5pm Eastern the day before shipping days. If you miss the cutoff you may be able to expedite your order for an additional $10. We reserve the right to suspend this option at any time. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following shipping day.
To avoid seedlings being help in warehouses over the weekend, orders are shipped Monday and Wednesday only. Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Transit times of 2 days or less are offered for seedlings. Expected delivery day is shown at checkout. If seedlings take longer than normal to arrive please contact us. We ship live plants, not a pair of shoes and Living Towers Florida Keys is not responsible for damages caused if you fail to collect them from your mailbox, front porch, are on vacation, or your business is closed when the carrier delivers your package. It is your responsibility to periodically track the package so that you can arrange for a timely pick up once it has been delivered. If your package is being delivered to a business there must be someone available to accept the package as carriers often will not leave a package at an unattended business. We are not responsible for delays caused because a business is closed.
Living Towers Florida Keys is not responsible for damages caused due to incorrect shipping addresses. Seedling orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, will need to be placed again. All costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Accessories and supplies will be resent when the buyer pays shipping and provides the correct address. There will be no refunds on missing and returned packages due to an incorrect address. No refunds will be provided regarding addressing errors after the order has shipped. In the event that an address is incorrect you may be able to redirect the package. There is an additional cost associated with this that you will be responsible for. Please contact us to change the address and pay the address change fee.
Expedited Processing
If you ordered after the cutoff times (5pm ET Sunday to ship Monday or 5pm ET Tuesday to ship Wednesday) Expedited Processing may be available at checkout. This will cost an additional $10 per order.
Express Shipping
Express or overnight shipping options will be shown at checkout if they are available for your address.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our shipment we do not accept returns. Please read our Terms and Conditions to learn about our 48 hour guarantee.
We reserve the right to hold orders due to extreme weather. When temperatures are below 32 degrees or over 110 we are unable to guarantee a healthy arrival. We will email you to inform you that we are holding them. If you would like, we can still ship your seedlings but cannot guarantee that all of them will arrive alive. If you would like them sent please reply to the email stating that you understand there is no guarantee on the seedlings and you accept full responsibility for any and all damages.
