We do our best to ensure accurate quantities are available to purchase but on occasion we may go out of stock early and not have sufficient seedlings of each variety to fulfill every order. We will attempt to contact you via the email and phone number on your order and we will also send an order message. If we do not hear from you by 3:30pm Eastern we reserve the right to substitute the out of stock seedling for another similar seedling. We will refund the cost of the seedling we are unable to ship to you.
Living Towers only ships high quality strong seedlings. There are many external factors that seedlings may be exposed to after delivery, that Living Towers is not responsible for, that can affect and ultimately kill them. We therefore guarantee them for 48 hours. These factors are, but not limited to, extreme heat, extreme cold, insufficient water, insufficient UV light, pests, insufficient nutrients, pH balance. If your seedlings do not arrive in a healthy condition, we will replace or refund the cost of those seedlings at no charge to you, subject to the number of seedlings damaged. When 4 or more seedlings are damaged we will ship replacements, offer a credit on a future order or refund the cost of the damaged seedlings. When 3 or fewer seedlings are damaged, we will offer a credit on a future order or refund the cost of the damaged seedlings. Seedlings are refunded at the purchase price for each seedling.
Seedlings are shipped via Fedex 2 Day Guaranteed. Please send us a picture of the seedlings when they arrive as 90% of the time the seedlings will be fine, even if they took up to 4 days to arrive. If seedlings take longer than 4 days to arrive please contact us and we will replace them free of charge. We ship live plants and Living Towers will not provide refunds or replacements for damages caused by, but not limited to the following
- if you fail to collect them from your mailbox, front porch etc.
- you go on vacation and forget about them
- incorrect shipping address entered at the time the order is placed.
- if Fedex does not deliver to your address.
- place of business is closed at the time of delivery and Fedex doesn't leave the package.
- delays caused by inclement weather.
We highly recommended you periodically track your package so that you can arrange for a timely pick up once it has been delivered.
Please double and triple check your shipping address when ordering, especially if you have recently moved, have multiple saved addresses or are ordering for someone else. If you notice an error in your email confirmation please send us a message through your account. We will see these notes as we prepare your order. Emails may get missed, especially if they are sent the day before your order is shipped.
If we are responsible for an addressing error we will reship your seedlings at no charge to you.
Orders Shipping to Alaska
Orders shipping to the State of Alaska take 3 days. Because of this, orders shipped to Alaska will ship on Monday's only. We reserve the right to stop shipping to Alaska at any time.
On rare occasions seedlings and/or the packaging may be damaged in transit. There are many external factors that seedlings may be exposed to after delivery, that Living Towers is not responsible for, that can affect and ultimately kill them. We therefore guarantee them for 48 hours. These factors are, but not limited to, extreme heat, extreme cold, insufficient water, insufficient UV light, pests, insufficient nutrients, pH balance. To notify us of damaged seedlings, please email a picture of the seedlings within 48 hours of receipt to email@example.com. Please include the name of each seedling and the specific concern (ie broken stem, uprooted from rockwool etc)and the order number. If the box is damaged please include a picture of the damaged box so that we may take the issue up with the Fedex. We will respond within 2 business days. Notification via phone is not accepted. Please be aware that a yellow seedling does not usually need to be replaced.
Please note: If we are notified of damage after 48 hours, seedling replacements will need to be ordered following our normal seedling ordering procedures.
Express Processing and/or Express Shipping may be available at an additional charge. Please see information below. We reserve the right to refuse Express Shipping or Processing on any order.
Our cutoff times allow us to pack up orders and ensure they are collected in time to meet the two day guarantee. If you ordered after the cutoff times (5pm ET Sunday to ship Monday or 5pm ET Tuesday to ship Wednesday) Express Processing may be available at an additional charge of $10 per box, not order. Please call 352-357-4453 BEFORE selecting the Express Processing option when placing your order. If we are able to accommodate you, this option will only be available before Noon ET on Mondays and Wednesdays. The $10 fee applies per box (ie 2 x 20 box = 2 x $10 Express Processing fees).
Express or overnight shipping may be available at $50 per box, maximum 24 per box. Please call 352-357-4453 BEFORE selecting the Express Shipping option when placing your order.
We reserve the right to hold orders due to extreme weather. When temperatures are below 20 degrees or over 110 we are unable to guarantee a healthy arrival. We will email you to inform you that we are holding them. If you would like, we can still ship your seedlings but cannot guarantee that all of them will arrive alive. If you would like them sent please reply to the email stating that you understand there is no guarantee on the seedlings and take responsibility for any damages.
